  • How do I download StarFront Mobi?

    Starlite Mobi can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Simply enter “Starlite Mobi” in the search box and it will display the Starlite Mobi icon to install.

  • How can I delete my account and associated data?

    If you would like to delete the account you created when registering, please do the following:

    1. Send an email to support@starlitemobi.co.za with the subject 'Delete Starlite Mobi Account'.

    2. Be sure to include the email address of the account you would like to have deleted. This will be the email address you used when registering.

    3. Once you receive confirmation back from us, you can be assured that your account and associated data have been deleted from our sever.

    Please note: All your data will be deleted and you will need to submit a new registration should you wish to sign up again.

  • Is Starlite Mobi available for my iPhone or iPad?

    Unfortunately not yet, Starlite Mobi is currently only available for Android devices.

  • What do I do if the app does not meet my requirements?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time, no notice period is required.

  • What device will Starlite Mobi run on?

    Starlite Mobi will run on any mobile device that is running on Android 6.0 (released Aug 2015) or newer. This covers approximately 15 000 different Android devices, so chances are that your device is compatible.

  • Is there a free version of Starlite Mobi available?

    Yes, there is a free version that has limited extrusion systems available, and restrictions to some features, but it is sufficient for you to understand how the program works.

  • What extrusion systems are available on Starlite Mobi?

    Currently, the following Crealco extrusion systems are available; GenX28, GenX30.5, Swift28, Swift30.5, Slenderline 500, Elite, Icon Patio Door, Palace Door, Vistafold and Clip44. More systems will be added in the future.

  • What types of products can I design on Starlite Mobi?

    You can design casement windows, sliding windows, patio doors, heavy duty sliding doors, sliding-folding doors and basic shopfronts.

  • How do I control my material pricing on Starlite Mobi?

    The price of the aluminium profiles and hardware is controlled by Wispeco, you can adjust this price by setting your supplier discount for each. The price of the glass you control yourself, since Wispeco does not sell glass.

  • What options do I have to control my selling price?

    Your selling price is controlled by two variables, your markup factor, and your customer discount. You can adjust these to set your selling price.

  • How do I lean how to use Starlite Mobi?

    There are already 14 online tutorials available showing you exactly how to use Starlite Mobi, there are available on the Starlite Mobi website, www.starlitemobi.co.za. More advanced videos will also be added soon.

  • How can I find out more about Starlite Mobi?

  • How do I get support on Starlite Mobi?

    Support via email is available to you as soon as you subscribe to the premium version.

  • What does Starlite Mobi Premium cost?

    The premium version costs just R149.99 per month including VAT.

  • What do I get when I upgrade to the Premium Version?

    You get access to all the features of the program, including the option to set your markup factors and discount values and the ability to customise your quote. You also get access to the sharable PDF documents that present your quote, orders and cutting lists in a professional format that you can easily share with other people.

  • What is the benefit of registering Starlite Mobi?

    When you register, you get access to the full range of Crealco aluminium systems on your program, not just the GenX systems.

  • Is my personal information protected when I register?

    Of course, there is a ‘Privacy Policy’ included in Starlite Mobi that protects you in terms of the POPI act.

  • What happened if I no longer need the Starlite Mobi App?

    It’s very simple, you just cancel your subscription through the Starlite Mobi App, or directly with Google and you will not be charged again.

  • What payment options are available for the Premium version?

    Your monthly subscription payments are made directly with Google, who offer several payment options including credit card, debit card, cell phone billing and Telkom billing.

  • How is my program updated?

    Your program will update automatically via the google play store. This includes keeping your section and hardware prices up to date.

  • Can I use Starlite Mobi on more than one device?

    Of course, if you own multiple devices that all log into the same Google account, you will have the full premium version available on all the devices for a single monthly subscription.

  • Why do I need a payment method linked to my Google Play Store account?

    Because this is Google’s policy. There are many ways to ‘opt-out’ if it’s not for you so there is no risk.

  • What can I do to be more involved with Starlite Mobi and future updates?

  • What else can I do if I am still not sure that Starlite Mobi is for me?

    Try it! Google will not actually process the payment for 48 hours, and if you cancel your subscription during this period, you will not be charged anything, so it is 100% risk free.
